From the moment we walked in, he was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain options clearly, and made sure we found exactly what we needed without any pressure. The inventory selection was impressive, with a wide variety of appliances and home items to choose from. There was something for every need and budget, and the savings honestly can’t be beat compared to traditional retail pricing. Between the incredible deals and Kristopher’s outstanding customer service, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend the Lowe’s Outlet in Orlando and hope management recognizes Kristopher for the excellent job he does—he’s a real asset to the store! (I went in for one fridge and came home with two)

The only way you can save money here is to get a 75% off item, but you don't know what issues it has and they don't give refunds--all sales are final. Do your research before buying here.
