  If you are ready to buy an appliance that may or may not work. Then go ahead and buy from them. Remember , you leave the store, they don't stand behind their merchandise. I purchase a Frigidaire washer in Jan 15.l 2026, had it installed and from day one it has not worked. Four techs came to look at the unit and all stated it was a factory defective. Now almost 2 months they have my money and no resolution. Lowe's doesn't stand behind their purchase. They are pass the buck store. They lost a loyal client.

  We have bought an LG French 4-door Knock door panel refrigerator (tiny ding in door panel) and an LG microwave/ air fryer (brand new in box). No issues! They delivered and removed.

  I want to state I love Lowe's outlet - great place for a deal. Unfortunately I wont be shopping at this location as they lied to me about payment availability. Other Lowes Outlet locations allow for credit card with manual entry. This location doesnt? Seems fishy

  Everyone there was totally professional they have the greatest prices they are they help you out to the best of your knowledge about every piece of item they have in their everybody is totally professional they're better than the Lowe's store I give them a 110 being totally professionally helping everybody how do I know I bought three items already
