Got sent here by another store to exchange an appliance. Apparently every store is an independent franchise. They refused to assist me. Dear corporate train your employees to follow ONE damn policy. Simply take care of your customers. Your customers are tired and exhausted going from store to store. You barely have traffic in your stores. Take care of your clients or you will go broke and your store will be the next Halloween Headquarters. You lost a long devoted client.

I purchased a washer from Lowe’s (Andric Lane – Orlando) on January 27, 2026. Since the day it was delivered, the machine has not been working properly.
I went back to the store to request assistance, but I was informed that Lowe’s can only help within 48 hours of purchase and that I would need to contact Samsung directly. I followed their instructions and contacted Samsung immediately.
However, it has now been more than 10 days of rescheduled service appointments, and the technician still has not resolved the issue. In the meantime, I have a brand-new washer that does not function, and I have been unable to wash clothes in my own home.
This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I purchased this appliance in good faith from Lowe’s, and I expected proper support when a product fails right after delivery.
I am requesting a clear and immediate resolution to this situation — whether through repair, replacement, or direct assistance from the store.
I hope Lowe’s will stand behind the products they sell and help resolve this matter promptly.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
