I like this Lowes, but their AI system when you call is horrible. I came in and spoke to a sales agent, pulled quotes and tried to call to confirm the order but I couldn't get through to anyone. I kept repeating "customer service", hitting zero, saying "appliances" and various other attempts, but couldn't get through. It is trying to connect me to "customer service", but now the phone has been ringing for over 5 minutes and now one is answering. I know what department I want, I know who I need to speak to, but I can't get in touch with anyone.
