Horrible and discusting - Lowe's Home Improvement - 12200 Lake Underhill Rd was completely unacceptable. The associates were rude, visibly irritated, and acted as if customers were a burden. When I asked a simple question about locating an item, I was ignored and treated with clear disrespect. No greeting, no willingness to help—just attitude.
The overall atmosphere in the store reflects extremely poor management. When employees consistently act mad, bored, and unprofessional, that is a direct result of weak leadership and lack of accountability. Customer service standards here are clearly not being enforced.
What made things worse was that my wife felt uncomfortable during our visit. A few female associates were staring at her in a way that made her uneasy as if they were about to ask her out. No one should feel uncomfortable or harass in that way.
This store seriously needs better management, better training, and a complete reset on customer service expectations. Until leadership takes responsibility, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was looking for shower tiles and saw a design I liked on clearance. Asked the flooring specialist there for help getting some in my cart. He told me that they are out of stock in their store and told me a few other stores that would have it in stock. This is despite the sign saying “in stock”.
I then went to the location on Semoran, about 30 min drive away and found out that this same design is not on clearance.
It’s extremely frustrating to go all the way to another Lowe’s to find out that they don’t cross honor prices. Why didn’t the associate tell me it could be a different price at another location?
Why would pricing be different at different locations for the same chain? Why couldn’t they price match within the same company?
What a waste of time. Theres alot of home improvement stores in Orlando. That whole time I wasted, I could have bought something similar at Home Depot.
