    Don’t order any appliances. Without being contacted my delivery date of a dishwasher has been pushed back 3 times. Now 10 days past the original date. Bought from Lowe’s because they offered the soonest date. FTC should look into this company for false advertising.

    I'm writing to commend Justin at the Waterford Lakes, Lowe's store. He went above and beyond, not just showing me products for my new construction but helping me calculate quantities and even offered to help with shipping our new doors & baseboards to nearest city.     ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Lowe’s Extended Warranty I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Lowe’s along with an extended warranty plan that was supposed to cover BOTH appliances. I paid hundreds of dollars for this protection, trusting that Lowe’s would stand behind it. Unfortunately, due to Lowe’s own incompetence at the time of purchase, only the washer was added to my online portal as a covered item. When my dryer broke, Lowe’s refused to send a technician until I proved I had coverage—even though they acknowledged the mistake was entirely on Lowe’s side and I have a receipt clearly showing the washer, dryer, and protection plan were all purchased together on the same day. Because of this, my family went through the holidays without clean clothes. Despite repeated calls and escalations, no one at Lowe’s would make this right. They admitted the error, but took zero responsibility to resolve it. Lesson learned: Do NOT waste your money on Lowe’s extended warranties. Lowe’s will happily take your money upfront, but when you actually need service, they will hide behind their own mistakes and leave you stranded—even when the paperwork proves you’re covered. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I will not purchase appliances or warranties from Lowe’s again.

    I ordered a NEW item from Lowe's and what they delivered is CLEARLY a used, retaped-by-hand, damaged product (deep scratches in the body metal are visible without even opening the retaped box, through the holes). This isn't only annoying, it's illegal. Their only resolution is an exchange 8 DAYS from now, to which I'll just have to hope I get what I paid for the second time. First and last time I give Lowe's a chance. What a waste of time dealing with this retail fraud.

    I had the most awful experience at the Lowe's on South Semoran with Jose, and Nick in the Lumber department at this store made it right as rain. The store at South Semoran would only cut my plywood sheets in half. They said it was company policy to do only one cut per piece of wood (I know this is not true). I called the store at Lake Underhill and Nick helped me out. He offered to take the wood that I bought at the other store and made the cuts I needed. Nick is the best, and the kid at the pro counter was also awesome. My partner also said that the folks that helped in the aisles when he was looking for a saw horse were really helpful too. Appreciations to this staff for actually being helpful!
