This is a review of the Nursery departmentof Lowes on S.Semoran and Lake Margaret corner. I don''t know who is the manager of this store but this department is awful and has gone down hill in the past year.. Never can find a cart and not enough personnel to help out. Fortunately there is a Lady - Debbie who does the work of 5 people and is a Shining star in this department. With that beautiful smile she is always there always helpful and does everything and anything she can for the customers! She should get an award for being the hardest working employee at that store and a big raise. I have watched her and she would give the Energizer Bunny a run for his money. She has loaded mulch into my car on many occasions when there is no none else around. I have purchased more plants here because Debbie is always available to answer questions and give you guidance on plants. If you could get 3 more like her your nursery would be number 1 in Central Florida.
I tell all my friends about her and recommend her!

Jose, the manager at this store, is incredibly rude. I was told that the store could only cut plywood in half, in one direction. So, they could only cut it in half vertically or horizontally.
I called corporate and other stores to determine if that was true, and of course it wasn't. Lowe's will do up to three cuts for free on a piece of plywood (and I knew that). Jose was curt and walked away from me as I was trying to flag him down (I had gone to the bathroom and my partner sent me a text to tell me that Jose had stopped rhe associate from doing the cut that I had asked for). I had to go up to customer service to ask for him to come back to talk to me and clarify the policy. When he did, he stated that it was a company wide policy and that every Lowe's can only do one cut on a piece of wood.
I called other stores, and they verified that this was NOT true. Nick at the Lake Underhill store in Waterford offered to cut my wood the way I asked despite the fact that I didn't buy it there.
This is the second time that I've had issues with lumber at this Lowe's. I will never shop at this Lowe's again, and you shouldn't either.
