    Awful customer service. Sold us a defective air conditioner and would not allow a return or exchange as it was over 48 hours. I could understand if the product was functional but this was not. Will never return to this or any other Lowes location.

    Went to this location to buy spray paint for the company I work for, the first employee that helped me was great. She helped me find the paint I needed in the clearance bin, half off $4 and some change. Went to check out and it rung up for $.02, waited about 10 mins for a manager to come over. When he got there he refused to sell me the paint. I even asked to buy it at the normal price $9.89 since my company was going to reimburse me anyways. He still refused. Waisted my time and would rather throw product away then take the normal price for an item...

    I had one of the worst experiences with a store manager ever. It was at the South Orlando Lowe's in Orlando, FL. On 1/30/26. When I returned home, I tried to call Lowe's Customer Service and the their phone was not operable. I got on chat and opened case # 73493148. I intentionally did not provide any specifics, so I would be contacted to provide details. Here we are, 12 days later and no one from Lowe's has reached out. I am starting to see a pattern here. Lowe's local management and Corporate do not care about their customers or customer feedback. It just keeps getting better. Now that I posted my complaint for the world to see, Lowe’s decided to respond (below) by letting me know they want my trust and to call them. Then, they shut off responses so I could not respond back. It is not my responsibility to call you. If my trust means something, you have the case number. Pull it up and call me. I’m not playing tag.

    Just wasted my time coming here. I only have 30min lunch break. I just needed my paint reshook. But I stood at the paint counter for 10min waiting for no one to show up. While 4 or 5 employees lokked at me. One comes to just tell me someone is coming By the time the slow walking lazy guy decided to begin his slow trot to paint I had to leave. I only had 10min to get back to work. So I wasted my entire break wasting gas and time
