  Worst furniture purchase ever. Our order was placed on 12/26/25 and two months later, we still don't have the cushion covers. Customer service has been called at least 15 times to straighten out with no success to date.

  We are very happy with our sectional now, but it was a bit of drama when only some of the pieces arrived a week before Christmas (2025). We had boxes everywhere in the house. It put a damper on the Christmas decorations. When we realized the other pieces weren’t coming until mid January, I blew a gasket. We decided to take the delivered pieces out of their boxes and find a spot to stack them in the main living area. We called it Love Sac Mountain. I contacted customer service and they put a rush on the rest of the pieces, but we got them after Christmas. It made Christmas interesting having Love Sac Mountain join us for dinner. When we finally had all the pieces my daughter and husband took on the challenge of the construction. Luckily, my daughter has engineering qualities and she’s wrestled Sumo’s, so her and my husband put the sectional together in about four hours. You need strong people to do this. If you are elderly, hire someone to put it together for you, just make sure they have Love Sac experience. The feel of the material is luxurious, the cushioning is amazing. But I would say the mechanism for the reclining system could be improved. When it’s fully reclined, the lumber area doesn’t stretch out all the way, which means you need a pillow behind your low back. I do believe it is too expensive for the value because of the fact that you have to deal with all the boxes and putting it together is very difficult. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and I’m sure we will use it for the rest of our lives.

  Un professional staff and they don’t even carry the sac in the showroom. They lied about delivery date and in-stock items, i have been waiting for 4 weeks now. Try calling and wait times are 45-60 min.

  I bought them because my brother had them and I loved them. The Sactionals were easy to search, and buy. Putting all the seats together was a little more challenging but we did it and the 5 seats fit perfectly and look amazing. Buying more pieces in near future.

  My wife and I were on the fence about this product, but after meeting Valerie and being walked through the infinite possibilities, we were sold. The only downside is buying a large configuration and having it arrive all at once. This store was well laid out and the staff were great!
