  My name is Danny, and I own Strong Tower Pool LLC. I came to this store because I needed acid, and frankly, the service was terrible. The store manager was on the phone. I asked her the price of the acid bottles and told her I had an account with you. She checked and gave me the contractor price. I ordered two boxes of two bottles each and went to get my truck to park in front of the store. When I got there, I asked for a pen to break the tape on the box. She told me I had to take it with the boxes, and I told her I didn't need the boxes, just the bottles. The woman left, annoyed, to get a pen. I asked her if she had a problem with me and told her to leave it as is; I would take care of it. Honestly, as a customer, I don't think I deserve to be treated like that. I wasn't rude to her at any point. You should improve your customer service.

  I always love coming to this leslies this staff is so welcoming & eager to help me get all the supplies I need ! Wilfredo the general manager is always willing to help and go the extra mile !

  This location is the best! It deserves 5 stars for the people who staff it, Deven and Jason are so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, it’s literally a joy to come in and see them. When we bought this house the pool hadn’t been taken care of and they helped me get it back to working order. When I added too many chlorine tabs thinking it would help and things got worse, they diagnosed the issue immediately, too much cyanuric acid was locking up the chlorine and making it ineffective, and got me the products I needed to fix both the cyanuric problem and the algae problem that had resulted. Leslie’s products are also worth the money, I tried saving by using Clorox ph down but my ph was still too high because it wasn’t effective and I had to add so much it ended up costing me more. I tried muriatic acid from Leslie’s and my ph finally dropped to the level it was supposed to be. The day I finally had a water test show everything was where it needed to be, the guys cheered me on and high fived me because they’d seen how much I went through to get that pool back to being usable. They are just the best, and I appreciate that they’ll never push you on things you don’t need, they just want to help and share their knowledge. All of this is to say that this is a 5 star store, with one star removed that’s no fault of their own, but sometimes I’ve wanted to just pop in really quick during my grocery run and I’ve had to wait a bit. Probably because these guys are so great, the store is regularly pretty busy, and Deven does his best to juggle multiple customers at once, but it’s clear he has to do it all. It’s great when Jason is there to help out but I haven’t seen him as much lately. The store would definitely benefit from having them both there full time. If you need help with your pool or are just maintaining, this is the store to go to, thanks to Deven and Jason.
