Nope. Enter “Shayla Stank Attitude.” From the moment I stepped up, she acted like scanning my items was the most offensive request of her entire shift. No greeting. No eye contact. Just aggressive sighing, slamming items, and an attitude so foul it could curdle milk. She snapped over basic things, rushed me, and generally made it crystal clear she did NOT want to be there—and definitely didn’t want customers. Checkout is literally the last interaction you have with a store, and somehow she managed to make it the worst part of the entire visit. I left irritated, rushed, and questioning why bad attitudes are tolerated at the register. If you’re that miserable dealing with people, maybe checkout isn’t the place for you. Absolutely ruined the experience. Won’t be back anytime soon.
