I move from other Extra space storage units due to price increases and these location was over $100+ less per month. I hope to enjoy the low rate as long as possible. I also use the very good mover (cost $200 per mover). Plus if you open business account, website allow you to pre paid 24 months in advance to lock in the low rate.
