  I want to start by saying that this review is absolutely not a reflection of Kelly, the facility manager. She was always kind, polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction I had with her was positive. My issue is with the company’s pricing practices. When I first rented my 10x10 unit, I was asked to pay four months in advance to lock in a rate of $45 per month. I paid the setup fee and the four months upfront with the understanding that this secured my rate. However, before the fourth month was even over, I received a bill for $95. When I called, I was told the increase was due to “area rate” changes tied to the real estate market. I don’t understand how that applies when I signed an agreement to lock in a specific price. After speaking with Kelly, she advocated on my behalf and was able to get the rate adjusted to $75 per month. While I wasn’t happy about the increase, I continued paying it for about six months because I travel often and didn’t have time to move everything out. Then I received another notice: my rate was increasing to $150 per month for the exact same 10x10 unit, same building, same conditions — nothing changed except the price. In less than a year, my rate went from $45 to $150. That is more than triple the original agreed amount. At that point, I decided to vacate the unit before the next billing cycle. While moving out, I spoke with another customer who had just rented a 10x10 unit at the same facility for $65 per month — less than what I had been paying. That was extremely frustrating to hear. Again, Kelly was courteous and professional throughout this entire situation, and I truly appreciate her efforts. But the pricing structure and repeated rate increases made my overall experience very disappointing. I would rather use my own garage for storage than deal with unpredictable pricing like this again. Unfortunately, because of that, I can only give one star.

  Kelly at the front office in the Eastmar commons location is the bestest !! She took really good care of me and she is the sweetest and attentive to customer service. Appreciate the help and highly recommend extra space storage

  I have had my things at the Eastmar location for over a year & never had any issues. Kelly has always been so helpful whenever ever I needed anything or help with my account. Thank you for making our experience there seamless & great until we find out new home.

  Kelly is an absolute blessing to this company and is just such a joy to speak with. She helped me out hugely with forgetting my pin to get into the building and even helping me with getting into my unit as I struggled with the key haha! She was such a pleasure to speak with and made my day 10x better with our interaction. If you want to know your storage is in good hands, Kelly is someone you can rely on anytime! Thank you again Kelly!!
