From the moment I stepped into their facility, I was met with the worst customer service imaginable. The staff seemed more interested in arguing with each other than addressing any customer concerns. It was not only unprofessional but also quite uncomfortable to witness. To make matters worse, I had a serious issue with my storage unit. After discovering that a significant portion of my clothes had been ruined by rats, I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. Instead of offering assistance or even acknowledging my concerns, they outright accused me of lying. This blatant disregard for my property and well-being was shocking. It felt like they were more focused on protecting themselves than providing any service. I can't shake the feeling that they're more interested in stealing from their customers—whether it’s through negligence or just plain indifference. If you value your belongings and want respectful, professional service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Extra Space Storage has proven to be a nightmare, lacking in both customer care and basic integrity.
