I needed a rush on my blade sharpening and the turnaround was within a couple of hours! I've tried a couple of blade sharpeners in Orlando and I can tell you that no one touches Mike's skills. The sharpest blades I've ever had (no exaggeration). Just an all around amazing shop! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not professional work. At best, most knives were just a little sharper & then dulled quickly. But far worse, at least 5 had scarring (apparently where the sharpening wheel hit the side of the blades). We literally had to replace the entire set.
