  Excellent customer service! Jennifer was so welcoming and helpful. I had questions through email & phone and she was very punctual and informative with her responses. I needed a rush on my blade sharpening and the turnaround was within a couple of hours! I've tried a couple of blade sharpeners in Orlando and I can tell you that no one touches Mike's skills. The sharpest blades I've ever had (no exaggeration). Just an all around amazing shop! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed

  This review is for an entire block set of Wustof knives we had sharpened in March 2023. We moved to Orlando from another state so needed to find a new place. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not professional work. At best, most knives were just a little sharper & then dulled quickly. But far worse, at least 5 had scarring (apparently where the sharpening wheel hit the side of the blades). We literally had to replace the entire set.
