Techs text like 1-2 mins before they arrive I have 3 addresses I always have to which address are you going to. Never treat the inside unless you specifically ask. They switch and bait literally on you. Will tell you they are small local company and can give you better services than the big names. Will lock you into a long term contract. Avoid this company, like you would avoid cockroaches!

She asked when Aptive was coming back out to spray. I said I didn't know and that they had just come 2 days ago to spray the exterior. I sent them a text last night asking them to come back to spray inside. They were at my house at 9am this morning! Got it all knocked out with a smile.

Aptive employee claims I signed a 2 year contract with them which is false as I did not engage in any contract with them or previous company. Persistent problems with ants on the property, employees on instances coming on property to provide service and walk off within 5 minutea on a 8,100 sq ft area makes absolute no sense to me. No resolution provided when resquesting to speak to a supervisor, I was told because I closed my account they cant help and they can't review much information. Would not recommended, 0 communication, No results from their treatments and 0 problem solving skills.
