The guy was rude and disrespectful, couldn’t do half of what I needed because someone took supplies out of his trunk . Still spider webs even after telling him 3 times to please get them . He was trying to get out of doing the job . Didn’t even text or call just showed up . I’m not even sure what his name was .

The Aptive guy came today, never came to the door to let me know he was here or when he was leaving. I was out in the backyard with my dogs and they alerted me someone was on the property. I went out front after seeing the Aptive van, told the young man my 4-legged alarm system let me know he was here. He muttered something, never really looked at me and never spoke to me. I went back inside, watched him on my Vivint camera. He spread some type of granule, sprayed the front yard, wiped down some cobwebs I guess with a Swiffer type broom and did something with a scraper like tool, probably mub dobber nests. He never asked for access to the backyard. All the other guys who have come here explained what they were doing. Not very happy with this guy.

Inspector was very impressive and informative he appears to really know about termites. It appears the builders pretreatment is adequate for now but additional intervention will be required in the future

Trying to cancel your account is a nightmare. They say they have to transfer you to management for that, then they send you on endless loop. I’ve been hung up on, transferred to voicemail (that doesn’t get returned), transferred to the supposed management department twice - which keeps no record of any of your previous interactions (with the supposed management team). Then they try to persuade you to take a reduced rate instead of cancelling. And at the end of it all… they still don’t cancel. They keep charging, and make you repeat the process all over again. If you want to keep this company forever, then you’re in good hands; the service is amazing, they do a great job. But if for any reason you need to cancel (multiple properties and no longer need to service one of the locations - like me), then you are in for a very rough time. I refuse to continue doing business with a company that manages like this. I’m still waiting for confirmation on my cancelled services.
Update: Like I said earlier, the service itself is amazing. They finally sent confirmation on one of my properties being cancelled for its services. That took 4 calls, and 8 transfers, but they finally did it. I’ll continue services for now, but I will never have them service another property, until they give customers the ability to cancel their accounts from their online portal.
