    The master of this place is Dave. I was there almost 2 years and his kindness and attention were over the roof. Today, I moved out and the facility was sold to Prime Storage. Dave still there and I'm hoping they keep him and let him continue his good work the way he knows how to do it. The Pop Queen will miss you bunches, Dave. You made a difference in our lives. The facility needs a bit of TLC, but Dave always made it work for everyone with a big smile, sense of humor, humility and respect.

    DANGEROUS! THIEVES STOLE FROM MY UNIT AND HAD SO MUCH TIME THEY WENT THROUGH EVERY ONE OF MY BOXES AND BINS IN A LARGEST INDOOR UNIT OF THIS FACILITY! IT HORRIFIED ME TO THINK IF I WAS THERE ON SITE THAT DAY WITH NO CAMERAS, AND HOURS PASSING WITH NONE TO CHECK UP ON ME (WHICH WAS THE STAFF'S EXCUSES FOR NOT KNOWING ABOUT ROBBERY)! THIS THIEF WAS SO WELL VERSED IN HOW HE/SHE DID IT THAT I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW IT WAS DONE UNTIL A YEAR LATER! WHEN WE FIRST STORED THERE, WE BOUGHT ONE OF THE STORAGE RECOMMENDED LOCKS, WE PUT IT ON AND I KEPT THE KEYS. AFTER THE THEFT, MY LOCK WAS LEFT UNLOCKED, THE STAFF BLAMED ME SAYING THERE IS NO INSURANCE OR RECOURSE BECAUSE I 'LEFT' IT OPEN, I GOT TAPES COPIED BUT THEY CLAIMED NO CAMERA COVERED WHERE MY UNIT WAS, THEY ALSO MISSED DATES OF THE TAPES REFUSING TO GIVE ME AT LEAST 3 OF THE 10 DAYS I REQUESTED. A YEAR LATER, I WANTED TO REUSE THIS SAME LOCK, COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NONE OF KEYS WOULD FIT UNTIL IT DAWNED ON ME HOW THE THIEF DID IT! HE/SHE BROKE MY LOCK, STOLE ALL MY THINGS, THEN PUT A 'NEW' LOCK ON LEAVING IT UNLOCKED SO THE OWNER WOULD HAVE NO LIABILITY! THE STAFF REFUSED ALL I SUGGESTED, TO CHANGE THE BLDG COMBO, TO ALLOW ME TO POST NOTICES ON SITE. I URGE YOU TO BE CAREFUL AS IT IS POSSIBLE THIS THIEF IS STILL THERE OPERATING!!! MOST OF ALL, BE SAFE AND DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OR A LONER WHERE NO ONE WILL KNOW OR SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING! NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
