  I had two avocado trees that one of them was dried and unhealthy but the other one was great. I also had some sod works for my back yard. They got $2300 in advance to do trimming on the bad avocado tree, do treatment on both trees, do the sod work and do mulch around my trees. Their manager was claiming that he has very professional and experienced employees. Their experienced people came with just a saw and had sleepers on. They just climb the tree and trimmed it as far as their hands reached out. They even didn't have a ladder to trim the upper branches. After trimming, they sprayed some stuff on the trees that they claimed it's special and I cannot find it in the stores. For the sods, they did it partly and missed many spots and for the mulch they never did it however they were paid for it. The day after they left, the second avocado tree started dying suddenly and in less than two days all of its green leaves became yellow and fell down. Most of the grasses became dried, yellow and are dying and they never showed up to finish their job and do the mulch. They scheduled two times but never came. I called the manager at least 20 times and put several messages but he didn't take the calls or respond to the messages. After all I have paid $2300 for nothing. Now I have two dried and unhealthy trees instead of one that I had before them, I have a large area of dried and yellow grass with empty spots in between, I have no mulch around my trees and I am still waiting for them to finish their tree treatment, complete their sods and do the mulch work. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  As long as you don’t ask any questions and assume they might have interest in your project (they are not interested in small projects). Customer service is non-existent.
