- AMAmanda MejiaNov 14, 20221.0Rude customer service my Xbox broke was promised a loner one while it was being fix never got it was told it will take two weeks to get fixed and when I asked if I still had to pay for the Xbox while not using it and I was told yes now as far as my dest tops computer I was promised to get it cleaned out since I payed it off now the lady said since I have paid it off I can’t get it serviced but yet I have been trying ever since the last month I paid I will never go threw Aaron’s again they lost a loyal customer and I advise people to make sure you get everything in writing when you buy from them

I have literally 3 1/2 payments left and I have been struggling bad the last couple months due to me having to leave here to go back to PA and help my sister with my grams end of life care then comming back to fl only to be fired from my job a few weeks afterwords and I cant even get a week extension on a payment and calling a week in advance to get it. I'm actually trying to make my payments instead of just blowing them off. I love how the store employees tell me when I get paid and how I could had made a partial payment like they are in my household paying Bill's. Absolutely unprofessional for any employee to tell a customer that in the 1st place and all they can do is note my account so actually their about to cost me more money by overdrafting my account next week, awesome way to show your appreciation to your customers. I will not recommend Aaron's to anyone again and they'll never see my business once I make the final payment, sad to loose customers like this, I have rented from Aaron's several times over the last 10yrs and I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
