  Cannot speak to the products because I never made it in the store due to a rude phone call. I am in the market for an above ground pool and its all new to me so I figured before going in I would check information online. The website was mediocre and didnt really have much as far as information needed (like pricing) so I decided to call. The person who answered was a lady who from the start sounded like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I stated clearly I was in the market for an above ground pool and just needing price ranges to better understand if I could even afford it versus grabbing something on amazon. Then she asked what type of pool and I wanted to clarify the different in the round versus oval because the only picture on the website seemed round and amazon showed one that was rectangular so I wanted to be sure it communicated clearly since its not clear on the website. She got snarky and said "It's oval".... Yep, guess it is and its also staying on your inventory because I wont do business with someone who clearly doesnt like their job.

  My business partner and I visited this store for the first time the other day. There were 3 people standing behind the counter. NO ONE said hello, greetings....zero..!! We wandered around around for a few minutes with the intent of purchasing items....NO ONE ASKED, RECOMMEMDED OR OFFERED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP OR ASSISTANCE. I looked at my partner and said I'm not purchasing anything in here...! I turned and walked out. As i was exiting, a man walked from around the counter and watched me walk out WITHOUT SAYING A WORD....TALK ABOUT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE......I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THERE STORE....!! IT'S CLEAR WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS...!!
