Jeff ordered a heater for my hot tub on 1/30 and told me 7-10 business days. It is now March 3 and no one can provide me with an update on when the part will arrive or when they will be out to fix my hot tub. They had me pay for the whole order up front. Parts, labor etc. I have left a message with the receptionist 4 times over the past several weeks to have Jeff call me back and no returned phone call. I’m a local business owner myself and I thought it important to warn others of what you are getting into with these guys.
