- JDJon DavisAug 14, 20251.0Pye Barker sent a tech to inspect our system and determined we were missing spare sprinkler heads. They wrote a quote to order us 6 spare heads — $150 worth of small parts — but then added $165 just to deliver them and $205 in labor. That’s over $370 in fees to drop off a few inexpensive parts. Now that they’ve bought out most of their competitors, they seem to be taking advantage of customers. In our opinion, they’re overcharging and operating without scruples. We’ll be finding an alternative, and we recommend others do the same.
