He couldn't exactly hook it up ,because of yhe copper wire,but took the other fridge and set everything else up for me. My husband was working, and I had no idea how to do anything, and was getting a little stressed and he calmed me down and helped with everything he could. He is a very nice man and deserves a raise. He didn't have to be so nice to help with all of that. Thank you very much.

They marked portions of the order for pickup that I had no way to pick it up. I went into the location to change them to delivery and then paid the delivery fee. At some point someone went into the order and altered it someway that it tried to charge an additional delivery fee and that payment failed. The original payment for all of the goods went through over a month ago, and they are now not giving me my fence posts that are paid for because they say the payment failed. Problem is the balance for the full amount is on my card still and I will be making payments to pay off a balance created for items they still have not allowed me to have. No one in the store has been able to be helpful, no one in customer care seems to have any ability to do anything, and they rarely ever provide any feedback and are terribly non responsive.
