- JLJoanne LaComb5 days ago1.0Tina the assistant manager cursed in front of my 2 special needs children as we came in today to get the advertised free pool noodle on April 25th only. She told me we had to buy something which maybe I would have if she wasn't rude and nasty. The advertisement does not say purchase required. It was totally not professional how she handled the situation.

If you have a above ground pool don’t go here they treat you like your broke because u have a above ground pool . There best advice is to drain the pool every time and refill it . That’s not a great option especially when you have a 18x52 foot pool . No help at all I ended up going to Outdoor Concepts & Pool Supplies LLC in orange city they are very nice and took the time to help me and I got what I needed now my pool is fantastic and did not have to refill the pool .

I located Orange City store, since then I have interacted with several Leslie's customer service reps and managers and it all has been great for the past year. I take my water out to test every week I spent something every time I'm there. Representative Alycia has helped me several times including upgrading my pool to salt water 💧 and with that purchase I was also able to get a discount 🙃 on a new pool vacuum cleaner practically for 50 bucks. Everyone i encounter gas been very helpful.
