    Chris the so called manager does not deserve not even 1 star . Horrible customer service , very rude and disrespectful . laughed in my face and told me to have fun calling corporate .I do not know how is he manager at this store . refused to call another store manager told me to bad he is the only one i can talk to and laughed in my face and said have fun calling corporate . Disgusting behavior coming from a so called manager .

    I was frustrated to learn that Lowe's has adopted a restrictive return policy which shows they don't value their customers like they had previously. At the service desk I was turned away from returning a few bolts because I didn't have the receipt and the purchase wasn't attached to my phone number. I was told if a customer pays cash without providing a phone number, Lowe's will not take the items back. They used to issue the return value as a store credit if there was no receipt. The total value of my items was less than $10. I was astonished that Lowe's was willing to alienate it's customers for a few dollars. I usually buy all of my home needs from Lowe's, but with the new very strong feeling that Lowe's doesn't appreciate me as a repeat customer, I made a large purchase (over $500) at a competitor's store. I am now looking at other stores for my purchases.

    We dealt with Anthony in appliances. He gave us the detailed information on a washer and dryer we were looking to buy. He made us feel so comfortable and well informed about the appliances that we purchased them and are very happy we got him to help us with comparisons. Companies need more employees like Anthony. Thank you Anthony.

    Their customer service is below par. I had to awkwardly stand around while 2 women in the front have a conversation about horses before I was acknowledged. I needed help finding a specific type of battery, I was then pointed to where I’ve been looking for 5 minutes, after a moment, the attendant finally helped me, said she couldn’t find it and ended the conversation. No attempt to call someone else over, no attempt to look elsewhere, no attempt to order battery. I will gladly take my needs to Home Depot.
