This past Saturday, we needed a rental truck to pick up a piece of furniture. Once home, I noticed my winter jacket was missing, called everywhere, and then checked back with Lowe's just in case it was in the rental. A Customer service employee named Cole went out to check but didn't find it. I asked him to please check one more time because I had exhausted all my options and was more specific this time about where I thought it was. In the super cold weather, COLE went back again and found it. Thank you Cole for doing a second sweep. I really appreciate you going above and beyond! It was a jacket I have owned for many, many years.

Lowe’s has become so bad with customer help. I needed 6 bags on 80lb cement . I asked for help as I recently had 3 strokes. Waited over 10 minutes. No body. I put and cart and asked cashier if I could get help loading. Waited another 15 minutes. Nobody. Loaded myself. I use to like Lowe’s. But not anymore.

I'm completing a little remodel on my kitchen and I purchased new appliances. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase them all from Lowe's, at least not initially. I bought my oven and dishwasher from Lowe's and I bought my fridge and under sink water filter kit from Home Depot. Long story short, Lowe's sent me email and text updates and my appliances arrived next day; Home Depot failed to deliver. No updates, no notifications, just a fridge and water filter that I was still waiting for 8 days after purchase. After doing the back-and-forth with Home Depots "customer service" operation in Bangladesh, I got my money refunded and ended up buying the fridge from Lowe's and the water filter from Amazon. I got the exact same items Home Depot failed to deliver, I got them next-day and the kicker is I got them cheaper than the Home Depot price.
