  My initial communication began with Lance Hullinger, who inspected all doors, windows and explained the process and what to expect. I decided to purchase accordion storm shutters for my home. On installation day, the Team installers (Angel, Berto, and Brian) were exceptional!!! Their communication was clear, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They explained how to care and use the shutters in vivid detail. I would recommend Storm Shielder to anyone looking for shutters.

  Angel and Ed did an amazing job installing our shutters. They were on time, professional and answered any questions I had. Aaron was our sales representative. He was informative and guided us with the best products for our needs. I highly recommend this company for hurricane shutters. Great job by all!

  I had a great experience with the STORM SHIELDERS installation team, Brian and Brice. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled at what they do. The entire installation process went smoothly from start to finish. At one point, I noticed that one of the shutters for my sliding door was catching slightly. I brought it to their attention, and they fixed the issue immediately without hesitation. That level of responsiveness really stood out. They also made sure I was fully set up before leaving, providing me with three sets of keys for the shutters and ensuring everything was working perfectly. Overall, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Brian and Brice—they truly know their trade and deliver excellent service.

  I did the research ahead of time and Storm Shielder lived up to the great reviews. From the initial consultation at my home to the date of installation, everyone was extremely pleasant to communicate with. Most notably, I had numerous emails with Aaron asking questions requesting further explanations before making a purchase and he always promptly replied in detailed fashion. Additionally, calling over to the office I was met with friendly and accommodating voices. Being out of state, I wanted to be in town and available during installation and they were able to accommodate that request once my order was ready. I’m very satisfied with the installation, thanks to Angel and his crew. The UltraTek panels are quite an improvement from the plywood I was using and extremely light weight that anyone could set in place on the track system. Absolute piece of mind! Thanks a bunch for this positive experience.
