  After submitting an application to MSFH and being approved for Wind Mitigation improvements I reached out to Storm Shielder for a quote on accordion shutters. I wanted to use an experienced local company, and everything from the initial quote to the installation was very professional and top notch service. And as a bonus I have neighbors telling me how good the shutters look on my house, thank you for a job well done.

  Outstanding experience from start to end. After going through three of the biggest hurricanes to hit Central/West Florida, I had to consider hurricane protection for my home. I did a lot of research and met with several retailers and after meeting with Aaron, the Home Safety Solutions (now Storm Shielder) project consultant, selecting Storm Shielder was the right choice. Aaron shared a variety of options and their pricing. I selected steel Bahama Shutters for my windows and then hurricane fabric for the liani and front foyer. Angel and his installation team were like worker bees in a hive and had everything completed efficiently and professionally and cleaned up before they left. I really appreciated that this installation team respected my home. They walked me through how the shutters worked for closing and returning to their open state and how to easily attach and buckle down the hurricane fabric, which was very easy as well. The shutters look beautiful and I can’t say enough great things about Storm Shielder. From the initial inquires, the installation and demo and the craftsmanship of what I purchased, I could not be happier. If you want hurricane protection for your home (or your business) then reach out to Storm Shielder, it will be a smart investment to protecting your home.

  Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Aaron the project consultant was very informative and presented multiple options to choose from. The installation team led by Angel were the utmost professionals. The install was much faster than anticipated and upon completion everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Fair pricing, great customer service, and master craftsmanship. If you need hurricane protection for your home or business then this is the place to call!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I am extremely pleased with my experience working with Home Safety Solutions. They did an exceptional job installing my hurricane shutters. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable about their products, and consistently went above and beyond. I’d also like to highlight a few individuals who truly stood out. First, Aaron, the sales representative, was incredibly supportive and never pushy—quite the opposite of the typical sales experience. Matt, who oversaw the project, addressed every question and concern with ease; his product knowledge is invaluable. Angel and the installation team (whose names I unfortunately can’t recall) were always respectful and demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout. I must also mention the office staff, who kept me up to date and handled scheduling seamlessly. And a special thank-you to Anne, who patiently listened to all my questions and concerns and ensured I received nothing but the best service.
