Ordered 3 pallets of mulch, 3rd party delivery driver backed through a row of gardenia bushes and promptly left. Spoke on the phone to Trinity location associate and it sounded like he was in a noisy breakroom with chaos and laughing going on in the background and he had to keep repeating 'what?' because it was too loud for him to hear. I asked if he could possibly take the call away from the party so that we could talk without only say 'what?' and he said said "no, its your phone that is the issue", I explained I could hear the yelling and voices beside him, and he said okay call this number. A number that didn't answer, so I left a message. I question that this is the actual process Lowes intends me to participate in if this happens.
I have been to this location 50+ times since they opened and pretty disappointed. Tried the number he gave me and didn't receive an answer there either. Writing this to hopefully bring some attention to the phone answering methodology and there to be a clear explanation of the next steps, don't know where to go from here. Call at a different time to hopefully avoid this individual and get lucky with someone more solution prone?

Placed a lumber order for delivery Friday with the plans for it to be dropped off Monday morning when we needed it. They changed the delivery to Tuesday without reason and then when I called, told me it would be the first truck and drop the next morning. It was not, there were 4 stops ahead of me. Poor customer service for a Pro Member

Every time I go to this particular Lowe's I am constantly harassed to buy solar panels for my house. Please leave your customers alone . I don't go there anymore would rather go to home depot and not get hassled anymore.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
