We had a washer delivered this morning. Both delivery guys were pleasant and happy. They did a great job discontinuing the old one. He didn’t get a drop of water on the floor. They cleaned up and hooked the new one up. It was the most pleasant delivery we ever received! Thank you

I came to this store on a Sunday morning to pick out carpet , as our project was just measured. Zach was trying to help us but was interrupted by Teresa who was complaining about not having an appliance printer. I was patient. Zach asked me to repeat what I needed , I repeated it . She kept talking and I had to repeat it again. I will not ever come to this store , I learned my lesson. The Lowe’s on 54 and Gunn has an incredibly unprofessional team. If you have a project , I would recommend going to 54 and 41 Lowe’s much better customer service ! I was able to pick out my carpet , padding etc. Zach was incredibly rude and I implore the managers at this location to please view the video . You lost an easy customer today due to Zach and Teresa.

Tiffany was so helpful and nice. Even though we showed up before our appliance ready for pick up she ensured it was brought to us quickly. She smiled the whole time and didn't make us feel like we bothered her. Customer service is lacking lately in every business, but she was awesome.
