  I did a lot of research before deciding on Kura. We truly had a great experience. Rob in sales was so thorough in explaining everything. We especially loved sitting with him in our kitchen as he designed the pool. He truly customized it to what we wanted. We never felt he was selling anything. He provided so many great insights. It was also so easy to pick the finishes for the pool with the showroom. Tons of choices but not overwhelming. Once construction started the process was easy. Danny was our construction manager and he was so communicative. We were informed the entire way about what was happening. Also if we noticed something we didn’t like he addressed it right away. From beginning to end an amazing company. Truly recommend them.

  i had a very concerning experience with this business. one of their drivers almost caused a serious accident by pulling out directly in front of me. it was reckless and could have ended very badly. the license plate started with 30f. when i called to report the incident, the response felt dismissive and insincere. the person on the phone simply said “sorry” and did not ask for details, attempt to identify the driver, or explain how the issue would be addressed. there was no effort to take accountability or follow up. based on this experience alone, i would not recommend this business. if they are unwilling to properly handle a serious safety concern, it makes me question how they would treat paying customers.

  What an incredible experience from start to finish! 🤩 The final product exceeded all expectations, and we're absolutely thrilled with how the pool turned out.
