  No real issues with the property except for connectivity issues sometimes and the frequent price hikes on the units. Not a fan of rate increases.

  I had the pleasure of interacting with Yai at Your Storage Unit Property and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Yai was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to all my needs. She took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes, helped me select the perfect one for my needs, and made sure I fully understood the rental process. Yai was also quick to answer any questions I had about security, access hours, and insurance options, which really put my mind at ease. She was patient and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and secure, with easy access to my unit. I’ve used other storage facilities before, but the level of customer service Yai provided really stood out to me. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others! Thank you, Yai, for making my storage experience so easy and pleasant!

  This review is for Dylan. I couldn’t access my 3rd floor unit at the Clermont location since the keypads were taken out, not knowing that it was sold to Public Storage. There was no one at the office and no one answering the phone at Clermont. I called Ocoee and Dylan went above and beyond to find out what was going on even though Clermont had nothing to do with them. He actually called me back to let me know what happened and went as far as getting a phone number for me. Thanks Dylan!
