  I just want to know whoever gets this that Fabi does excellent customer service she's very helpful she helps me in everything and I just think she is awesome worker for Leslie's pool supply.

  Today is the last time I’ll set foot in a Leslie’s pool store. I had been using Leslie’s for the last three weeks for water tests and buying chemicals for my new pool. Until today, they were ok. They clearly aren’t super knowledgeable, and are over priced, but they are close to my house and I have some decent pool care knowledge and do my own tests as well, so I took in in stride and enjoyed the convenience. Today when I walked in, the man behind the counter saw I was carrying a full test bottle and abruptly yelled “my testing machine doesn’t work”. I said no worries, I’ll just exchange my empty liquid chlorine and grab some muriatic acid. To which he said “I’m not filling the empty one”. I wasn’t expecting him to, but just his attitude at this point was off. I asked if the jugs on the cart were full or empty and he said “of course they are full”. The snark at this point was clear. I told him that he was one of the most unhelpful people I’ve run into, and that I wouldn’t be buying anything from him or coming back. He just laughed and said “whatever”. I promptly went to pinch a penny a few miles away and had a pleasant experience. I had been spending an average of $75 a week a Leslie’s since I needed a lot for start up. That will be spent elsewhere now. I’ll sacrifice convenience for service every single time.

  Unbelievably poor experience with the “assistant manager.” When I brought in my water sample, the first thing he said was, “I don’t think it’s working, but we’ll see.” After standing there in silence for a few minutes, I asked if he thought the machine would work, and he repeated, “We’ll see. The system is buffering.” When he finally started pouring my water into the tester, I mentioned I had noticed black spots on my pool steps. He rolled his eyes and said, “Now you tell me? You’re supposed to tell me at the start.” Really? He had barely spoken to me the entire time and never asked a single question—yet somehow I was supposed to know what information he wanted. At that point, I took my water sample back and went to the Leslie’s on Maguire, where the experience was completely different. Save yourself the frustration and skip the Leslie’s on Silver Star Road. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first poor experience there.

  Great service never had an issue with any of the employee. They’re always there to help and answer all my questions. Always with a positive attitude towards everyone!!
