  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jaxsin Eddington from Kura Design Pools, and I can say without hesitation that the level of professionalism he demonstrated was exceptional in every respect.   i had a very concerning experience with this business. one of their drivers almost caused a serious accident by pulling out directly in front of me. it was reckless and could have ended very badly. the license plate started with 30f. when i called to report the incident, the response felt dismissive and insincere. the person on the phone simply said “sorry” and did not ask for details, attempt to identify the driver, or explain how the issue would be addressed. there was no effort to take accountability or follow up. based on this experience alone, i would not recommend this business. if they are unwilling to properly handle a serious safety concern, it makes me question how they would treat paying customers.

  What an incredible experience from start to finish! 🤩 The final product exceeded all expectations, and we're absolutely thrilled with how the pool turned out. Huge shoutout to Jackson for his exceptional knowledge and guidance with the pool School – he was a true professional! 🙌 And a big thank you to Brandon and Jason for their invaluable help throughout this project. 🙏

  I have had the best experience with Kura Design Pools from begging to end. First, when I started this journey I called two pool companies and out of the two the other one located in Lakeland never returned my call and Kura was on top of their game calling me the next day to answer any of my questions! And from that point they did an amazing job of getting my pool built. Danny was in charge of the project and keeping me updated and he was amazing always letting me know exactly what was happening next and trying to get my pool built in a timely manner! And for those wondering they did finish within their timeframe they gave me of 3 months. They built me a screened in pool and I could not be happier with the results! Please if you are debating which company to choose you won’t be disappointed with Kura Design Pools! And a huge shout out to Danny you did a great job and will definitely keep on recommending this company in large part to the well job on the pool and your attentiveness to your customers!

  I can't begin to express what an amazing experience it's been working with Danny Berry and Kura Design Pools. Timing and communication has been 10x what I was expecting. Thank you, thank you.
