First, when I started this journey I called two pool companies and out of the two the other one located in Lakeland never returned my call and Kura was on top of their game calling me the next day to answer any of my questions! And from that point they did an amazing job of getting my pool built. Danny was in charge of the project and keeping me updated and he was amazing always letting me know exactly what was happening next and trying to get my pool built in a timely manner! And for those wondering they did finish within their timeframe they gave me of 3 months. They built me a screened in pool and I could not be happier with the results! Please if you are debating which company to choose you won’t be disappointed with Kura Design Pools! And a huge shout out to Danny you did a great job and will definitely keep on recommending this company in large part to the well job on the pool and your attentiveness to your customers!

The process started off very smooth, but like most construction projects, we did run into a few hiccups along the way. What made the difference, though, was my project manager Matt. Any time an issue came up, Matt stepped in quickly, communicated clearly, and worked to resolve things effectively. I appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he didn’t let problems linger. While the project wasn’t perfect from start to finish, I do feel that Kura ultimately delivered a great pool, and Matt’s attention throughout the process helped keep things on track. I’m pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend Kura Design Pools, especially if you have someone like Matt overseeing your build. (MORE PICS COMING SOON)
