  absolutely the worst customer service ever. been waiting for 45 min. for them to locate and load my order that they emailed me and said was ready for pickup. still here waiting, this will be my last Lowes purchase

  Good news. The manager explained that AA&T was down for 7 hours yesterday and they had only 3 registers running and the phones were down! So Manager, Richard, explained all that to me and we are satisfied it will now be taken care of. We purchased a microwave to have installed by a Lowe’s contracted electrician for a tenant. The man showed up, did not introduce himself, he did not have a name on his shirt, and no form of identification. He was unable to install the microwave and left the premises quickly. Did not say he would be back - just left a microwave that could not be used. We tried 5 times or to contact the store and the AI store assistant “could not understand our request.” We live 45 miles away and are not interested in driving there to speak to an associate in the appliance department. Tried again this morning and got the same run around. I thought the phone was to be used for something like this. VERY FRUSTRATED!

  Employee Scott went beyond the call of duty! He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Lowe's is very lucky to have this employee. Please give him a bonus!

  So @ 7;09pm on Sunday April 19th an older lady in her late 60s my aunt was at the self check out and asked me if I had a dollar I was at the key station and quickly ran over to tap my phone that didn’t work so I saw two Pennie’s while she searched her bag for the 1.11 cents in change and I was gonna just add those two Pennie’s the were just sitting there on the ledge next to a bottle of water and me thinking someone left it there why not use it. The older worker then tells me “uh -uh” repeatedly. And me and my aunt are looking at each other like what? and the older woman just kept saying uh-uh. Now I’m not sure why and I didn’t stick around to ask her why or try to engage in any form of conversation with her because it could’ve ended a different way with the right person if you get what I mean and I was in a good mood but I left it alone. Now she needs to check her attitude. I don’t care how old you are,I’m not your child and I’m not your family member. I am a grown woman and I have my own child and he’s one I tell him “uh-uh” so please check yourself and work on your customer service skills. It can save you in the long run.
