    I would not recommend doing cabinet orders from this store! The order was totally messed by Felix. Then we received a damaged cabinet that has been sitting in my garage for two weeks waiting on a replacement so it can be installed. Precision Construction has been amazing! Lowe’s however has been awful to deal with!

    I honestly don’t understand the point of offering “pickup” service at the Lowe’s on 200 South in Ocala if orders are never actually ready when they say they are. Every single time I place a pickup order, I end up waiting forever once I get there. The whole point of curbside or pickup is convenience, but this location turns it into a complete waste of time. What makes it even more frustrating is walking into the store after waiting hours and seeing groups of employees just standing around talking while customers are still waiting on orders that were supposedly “ready.” Then when you ask for help, the managers act like they don’t care at all. Instead of actually addressing the issue or helping customers, they just brush it off, make excuses for lazy employees, and walk away. Customer service at this location has gone completely downhill. If Lowe’s wants to compete with other home improvement stores, they might want to start by actually fulfilling pickup orders on time and having management that holds employees accountable. Right now, this store feels disorganized, poorly managed, and completely unconcerned about wasting customers’ time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on because this location clearly does not value its customers.

    This store has no customer service in lawn and garden. I asked two different people and lawn and garden Where A item is located. neither one seemed to know where it was and just pointed me in a general direction. If they truly didn’t know, they should have told me I don’t know, but I will get someone that does know. I am starting to understand why Home Depot is doing so well.

    Came into Lowe's to buy deck screws and some stainless hardware. Shelves were bare with the exception of some stainless washers. As we were walking to the cashier, I spotted 5 Lowe's employees standing around talking, I mentioned that their time might be better used stocking shelves. The manager spoke up and said "thanks for telling me how to run my store" and then he got really nasty. I gave him the only one thing I could find on my list and walked out. I called Lowe's customer service phone and got AI. After not getting anywhere with AI I was connected to a over seas customer service person who could only read what was on her screen. Not going to bother with Lowe's again. I can get what I need online and at a fraction of what Lowe's charges for crappy service at all levels!
