    I went into this particular location today (Sunday) to pay my Lowe's credit card balance instead of online because I had cash. I confirmed with the person at the service desk that I could pay part in cash, and the remaining with my debit to which she replied "yes". To my dissatisfaction the person ran my debit for the entire amount. When a manager came over and I explained the situation and that this may cause an overdraft fee she replied, "Well you better get to the bank." (Note the transaction was immediate, so even if it wasn't a Sunday and the banks were open, the damage was already done).I asked if the transaction could be canceled and re-ran the correct way and she said "No" and walked away. I then had to explain to the woman at the service desk why she needed to give me my cash back and stop putting it into her drawer. Please do better Lowe's with your customer service, especially, the service desk itself. I surely will not be returning to this location again and am hesitant to even use my Lowe's card again after this fiasco.

    Ordered online and was shorted a product under promotion. Reached out over the phone and once past A.I. I was put on hold indefinitely. I went to the store to see if product that was shorted due to out of stock could be replaced with another item part of the promotion (a $220 value item 3/8 DeWalt impact) a 20v battery substantially less in value. I spoke with customer service and went to tools where Darrell agreed I had been shorted. I stopped by customer service with battery in hand to be told I would need to pay half price by Adam as the way the promotion was designed. I asked if the whole order could be returned and re ran but only way was with all products which I did not have with me. I did have online receipt proof of purchase. Which in turn would result in a second store trip from an original online order. Either way doing the right thing was not on the agenda or of interest and customer service once again failed with a nice sarcastic undertone of “have a blessed day” uttered from Adam as if he had provided some service to justify his pay. Thanks again for promoting a small local business ( state licensed contractor) the best way you know how by means of deception and theft. Update- I contacted you as requested with link provided leading to outsourced chat or A.I, either way was a complete waste of time with no attempt at any resolution. This company is so far off the mark but I guess this is just the standard operating procedure. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    BUYER BEWARE: read all of the previous reviews before making a purchase that you cannot leave the store with. Ordered carpet install, paid Lowe's in full, in advance, as required 11/26/25, waited nearly one month for the install 12/18/25. The incorrect color carpet was installed! Be advised that Lowe's subcontracts the carpet install out to Floor Interior Services.** Their response to my review requests I call their 1-800 #, which is their National Contact Center answered by automated AI. Their response also states they have escalated my complaint? Really? HOW? **Lowe's continues to procrastinate & withhold my refund or replacement of the carpet. As a senior citizen I am appalled at how I am being treated. They do not care about the level of customer frustration. Absolutely exasperating.** I will be calling & emailing Channel 9 News consumer reporter for possible assistance. **Update: 1/8/26 Still no resolution. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves.

    I have called this Lowe's 11 times today and the phone rings, someone picks up but doesn't say anything. No hello or hold or anything is said. I can only hear people talking to each other! This is the worst service I have seen in years. How does Lowe's expect to keep loyal customers when they pick up the phone but just set it down? By the way, skip the hotdog vendor out front. He charged me $47.00 for two hotdogs, two small bags of chip and a large lemonade, not including the $7.00 tip I gave him!

    Horrible customer service. Did not once cause a scene and was told I had the problem. No offer to correct the issue was given but instead I was insulted. My solution was easy enough when they wouldn’t price adjust the items I bought just a few days ago. Buy the same items and then return the same original item a next day with original receipt. When I explained this they got mad at me when alls they had to do was give me the adjustment instead of making me go through the trouble of that. That’s when the lady told me that I had integrity issues and was rude. I was also in process to have Lowe’s measure, sell and install my kitchen countertops and backsplash but I will now go to a local dealer or Home Depot instead. This was at the silver springs, Ocala fl store in case you want to avoid the bad service.
