Items show as instock. So i ordered and waited for items for over an hour only for the instacart driver to substitute due to being out or stock. And genius substituted with a produce priced double. Are you kidding me ?

Used to be great until yesterday. Bought an item on the holiday sale and realized you need two more items from this collection to use it. I tried returning it (brand new in box) a day or two later, and Lowe’s would not allow me to. Holidays are not over. We still have New Year’s and Three Kings. Customer service on the phone said it was up to the manager, who never showed her face and continued to say no on the phone. The counter lady never even specified what the item was. They went straight to the trash. Lowe’s might need the money more than I do.
