- AAAlexDec 12, 20255.0So I've never done the rent to own thing as I've heard horror stories. At 40 I said, eh, the prices are reasonable and I understand what I'm agreeing to, let's try it. They made it super simple and arrived when they said it would. The couch, new. The TV, new. The PlayStation, new. The prices, not bad. Customer service, has been stellar. If you DONT go in blind and understand that no, it's not gonna be the same price as best buy long term but you get it AND a warranty... Not bad guys... Not bad at all... Made my Friday awesome!
- DMDanielle MorleyNov 14, 20251.0Management is ridiculous and possible scammed or thieves. Went to make a final payment that was confirmed online, in chat and on the phone with the amount. Some new manager there tried to tell me a completely different amount that was MUCH higher than I was told. Called customer service and made several complaints about it and never received a phone call from upper management. Possibly because the manager i was dealing with was upper management. Ended up making my final payment through the customer service person and never went back to the store. Be careful with whom you are dealing with. I believe that had i decided not to argue the amount and paid the amount he tried to claim, he would have pocketed the difference. I will NEVER use Aaron's again and I was a customer for years. Yes, one bad seed can ruin it for the entire company.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
