I rented a space under this location and when I got there they informed me it was at a different location of theirs 1 mile away. All my email communications stated it was at their facility I thought I purchased. The facility 1 mile away is a dump and people smoke weed in there and it’s sketchy over there. I was stuck and already had a mover on the way and so had to take it and then move our stuff again a week later to a cleaner and nicer facility. This was false advertising and the staff was not helpful. So just make sure you are getting what you expect, or find a facility elsewhere. I moved to a different Extra Space Facility and they were super nice and helpful.
