He took the time to carefully cut all of our wood pieces, helped us find every item we needed, and made sure we left feeling confident about the project. What stood out even more was his positive energy. Watching him interact with his coworkers making everyone laugh and keeping morale high. It made the whole experience that much better. Both seem to be there own- somewhat similar, but different animals,. Both domestic,. One a cat and one a dog,. Both Good.

Delivery was not completed due to ‘could not access elevator’. “There’s security at the front desk and ya need to speak with them first”. I Called the store numerous times to get updates on delivery and they don’t seem to know what to do and occasionally when they can’t answer a question they just hang up. I will Never order from this Lowes again. Very poor service.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
