I went there during operating hours and he didn’t serve me because he was doing an “investigation” on the computer and wouldn’t have time. When I told him I would wait he said ok then scrolled on the computer and said no I won’t be able to show you the unit today. He was rude and dismissive and should not be in customer service with that attitude. Not welcoming and not helpful. I’ve rented from extra space at least 3 times and this was my worst experience.
