  When a set of 30-year-old Bali wood blinds on a dining room window finally quit working, I tried ordering new Bali blinds from Home Depot, but they arrived damaged and not usable. Home Depot refunded all my money immediately when I showed up with the damaged blinds. I asked a friend about Budget Blinds and she gave them high marks, so I ordered as close as I could get to my previous blinds and Budget got me pretty close. The blinds are lightweight, good quality, and easy to operate. The saleswoman, Marci, was very helpful and listened to my needs. The installer was also skilled and tidy. I am happy with the result and plan to work with Budget Blinds whenever one of my old blinds quits working. You do have to pay the total upfront, and the wait is about 4-5 weeks, but it was a good experience.

  We had four companies bidding for our business. Two were big-box stores. One local company provided one line descriptions, and priced nearly double everyone else. Budget Blinds provided the most comprehensive and thorough quote. It was detailed, and the price was very competitive. Delivery was much quicker than expected. The installation crew was professional and attentive to detail. Our Norman motorized shades are fantastic. You'll not be disappointed.

  I thought it was time to replace my old blinds, so I gave Budget Blinds a call. From the first time when I called, a very polite young lady set up an appointment for me to have Marci come out and measure my windows. Marci was outstanding with her measurements to a tee. She even helped me with my selection. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for my blinds to arrive once they were ordered. I got a phone call from Budget Blinds that my blinds were ready to be installed at almost 4 weeks. They were installed the next day. The installer did such an excellent job. He worked quickly and efficiently removing my old blinds and putting up the new ones. I thought it would have taken a lot longer on the installation, but he was done in less than and hour and a half to put up my new blinds in 3 rooms, with one having 3 windows. He even took off his shoes, as it had been a rainy day and he did not want to track anything on my tile or new bedroom carpeted floor. He was very friendly and removed all the old blinds and the boxes from the new blinds. I even got a call the next day making sure that I was pleased with my new blinds and installation. Everyone at Budget Blinds has been amazing and outstanding, so if you ever need new blinds or any kind of window treatments, do not hesitate to give them a call. From start to finish, you will be so pleased as I am.

  I was very happy that I went with Budget Blinds Marci was awesome. The day she came out to see what I wanted. I’d loved her suggestions to see what colors would look nice in my home. She’s very professional. The two guys that came out were very nice and professional also. I’ve already recommended Budget Blinds to some of my friends and actually a friend of mine recommended you guys.
