- STSamuel TrappMar 25, 20261.0These people screw you. They give you a low rate to suck you in, and then jack it up dramatically. I rented a space in November, told them I would need it until June or July. $132 a month. I had the conversation about bait and switch tactics and was told that is not the business model. Here I am 4 months later. $212 is my unannounced 'new' rate. I call in and ask what's up. The lady says that the system 'periodically' reassesses rates. I ask what I can do. Basically, nothing. There is an 888 number she gave me that bounced me to her. So she gave me another one and said she would ask the district manager to review. So you have automatic, 'system' increases, reviewed by nobody before implemented - but have to beg to get a potential review by the next level of scam. Don't believe them. They will surely tell you whatever it takes to get the sale today. But they will screw you tomorrow, for sure.
