Bought a new expensive washer, less than 60 days old And it’s got a leak from the bottom already called them and they said they can only do exchanges within 48 hours which is ridiculous and then they said they were gonna send someone out to fix it and if not, we’ll go to GE I get a text and several messages saying that the delivery trucks on the way with the washer. The guy gets here no washer and wants to know if he can just look at it not even trying to fix it so I just told him to leave and I’ll deal directly with GE what a joke.
