  A Public Message for Marc Schiller: Does a $12,000 PranaSleep Have Zero Quality Standards? "I am posting this here and other sites because my direct emails to Marc Schiller have been redirected to staff who only quote the 'string test' while ignoring what I believe is a product failure. I went to City Mattress specifically because they are mattress specialists, not a general furniture store. Based on the expertise and information provided by your sales staff, I invested in your flagship top-of-the-line $12,000 PranaSleep Dharma Elite. I believe it has suffered a core collapse, and City Mattress refuses to address that issue. When I lie on it, I sink 7 inches. Yet, City Mattress refuses a refund, and instead offers a 'comfort exchange' that would force me to lose thousands of dollars in price difference. Marc, I am asking for a public YES or NO on these 4 points: YES or NO: Do you maintain that a 7-inch sink while in use is 'normal' for a $12,000 Luxury Firm mattress? YES or NO: Does your warranty only protect the mattress when it is empty (the string test), providing zero protection for its performance when a human is actually on it? YES or NO: Is it City Mattress policy to keep a customer’s thousands of dollars in 'equity' when your own flagship brand suffers a core failure? YES or NO: Since ASTM F1566 is the recognized industry standard for measuring "firmness retention" and "load deflection," will City Mattress perform an ASTM-compliant weighted deflection test to verify if this unit meets its original manufacturing specifications? A 'comfort exchange' is for a mattress that is too soft or too firm. I believe this mattress is defective and City Mattress continues to ignore the core issues. I am not asking for a favor; I am asking for the $12,000 of quality I paid for. I am ready to file with the Florida Department of Consumer Services and Florida Attorney General along with other social media sites, I would prefer you stand behind your name first. Will you issue a full refund or exchange and refund the difference for this structural failure?" I have documented many reviews with the same sagging issues.

  City Matress on US 1 Juno Beach is the only place where I buy my mattresses. Mr. Pereira and his team are wonderful. Excellent service to all their clients.

  Mike was a true professional. He was knowledgeable, experienced and patient which made me feel better about purchasing the best mattress for my needs. In 18 years living in FL I have never experienced such excellent customer service.

  I recently had a pipe burst in my condo in Jupiter Florida. I had the opportunity to speak to City Mattress specialist, Angie Gasperson! She assisted me on the phone so I could get a quote over to my insurance company, and then met her in the display room in the North Palm Beach store. Not only was she empathetic of my situation, but very knowledgeable and courteous. We walked the showroom so I could see all of the options available.. I left the store getting a new bed set up and actually enjoying the process. Angie is a pro! I highly recommend City Mattress for your bedding needs.
