Be careful they never give me one delivery I paid for and they say they did and they still my money i’ve been calling managers corporation everyone in that store. No one gave me a response and they steal my piece of furniture and they don’t wanna give me the money and I have the proof I buy it in another store because they don’t give it to me.my first and last time in lowes homedepot have a better costumer service

I recently visited Lowe’s and had a mixed experience. The staff who were available were clearly hardworking and doing their best to help customers, which I really appreciated. They were polite, attentive, and seemed genuinely committed to providing good service despite being stretched thin.
That said, it was obvious that the store is understaffed. There weren’t enough employees available to assist everyone in a timely manner, especially in the garden section. This made it difficult to get help when needed.
One area that really stood out was the lack of assistance for lifting heavy items. Garden products like soil and mulch bags can be quite heavy, and there should be more staff available who are able to help customers with loading these items.
Overall, the employees on site are doing a great job under challenging conditions, but the store would benefit significantly from hiring more staff and ensuring there is adequate support for customers needing help with heavier purchases.

Oh my God, I went to Lowe’s on 163rd and had the BEST experience. The moment you walk in, someone is ready to help you. Even at checkout, they ask if you need assistance and will call someone right away. Everything is super organized—you don’t waste any time. You go in, get exactly what you need, and you’re out.
Everyone there is so polite, sweet, and respectful. Honestly, Lowe’s on 163rd is a 10/10. I would recommend it to anyone—especially if you feel a little lost in stores like this. They really guide you step by step and make it easy. And on top of that, it’s actually cheaper.
I promise you—pinky promise—you won’t regret going there.
