- AMAndrea MooreApr 2, 20261.0Do not bother!! I came here to purchase a sleeper sofa. It was delivered to me defective and incomplete. The staff and manager did not compensate me for the issue or assistance me in fixing the issue. I contacted them everyday for assistance and they never came to a solution. They wanted me to pay extra to have someone come to my house and check the sofa after I sent clear photos of the issue. They would not let me return it because I went through the finance company. I end up going through the financing company to return it, which resulted in me still owing money to them and I no longer had the couch! Just a big headache and money lost

Terrible delivery service. I do not recommend this store at all. We had to sleep on the floor waiting, and they never showed up. They do not keep their word. I didn’t cancel the purchase because we are against the clock, but I was very close to asking for a refund.
