  Maria was exceptional. I’ve been a customer for over 18 months, and today I came in to ask about a better rate or possibly moving to a smaller space. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” Not only did she offer me a great deal, but she also applied a credit from the last increase. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Highly recommend working with them!

  Great experience dealing with Susana at the West Dixie Hwy location in NMB. She handled the request in both a friendly and professional way. This is my second unit at this location and the facility is always in pristine condition and well maintained. Best facility in the 305!!!! MM

  Two workers named Maria and Suzanne, I don't know how they hire people like that. Maria was following me. I have an expensive collection of toy cars and other valuables. I was sorting through them in the storage room and collecting them. Every time I came to my room, Suzanne, pretending to be cleaning, was watching me and looking at what I had there. She didn't let me close the door when I even half-closed it so that it would be clear that I was inside and that everything was okay, but she still didn't let me do it. Then I was afraid for my valuables and decided to leave. Suzanne said that she would return my money since only a week had passed since I paid. I said that I didn't like it when they followed me every time and I wanted to leave that storage room and find another one. She told me that she would return the money if I got ready and left. I got ready and loaded the car when I went into the office to pick up the money. Maria, in a rude manner, very rudely, sent me away. I'm going to hire a lawyer and call the police so that we can sort this out in court. I don't accept If you have valuable expensive things that you don't want to lose, I don't recommend this establishment to you. It's the worst thing that happened to me in Miami in the two months since I arrived here.

  Beware of this place. Get everything in writing. I got in for a fair price and asked how the raise would happen after the first agreement expired and feedback was that we would be discussing it and agreeing on a fair price. I received an increase of more than 120%. A few months later I received another increase of 70%. I asked them why another increase in such a short period and feedback this time was “well, we sent you a letter that we would do it.”
