My experience at Lowe’s today was completely transformed thanks to an employee named Oriledis.
On a previous visit, I received very little help and ended up ordering the wrong door online, which was frustrating. Tonight, although it took some time to find assistance, the help I received more than made up for the wait. Oriledis, who wasn’t even from the doors department, stepped in and provided outstanding service, exhibiting his vast knowledge in the area.
He thoroughly explained door materials, quality differences, frames, and jamb kits, walked me to the hinges aisle, helped me choose a better-quality replacement door, checked online availability, and stayed with me all the way to checkout to ensure I had everything I needed.
This was the best Lowe’s experience I’ve had so far. Employees like Oriledis make a huge difference, and Lowe’s is lucky to have him.

Great store and very helpful staff, but the bathrooms look like they belong to greyhound station or someplace that was recently vandalized. Toilet paper holders are torn off the wall. Toilets won’t flush. Terrible. Not sure how a hardware store can have such a busted up bathroom; figured they would have all the supplies to fix it?

I holded a project for over 3 month. When I finished. I try to return some materials I had left. They told I could not return it because it was over 90 days. No exceptions. Product was still in great brand new looking conditions. I know they could help me but decided not to.
I left and I didn't buy what I was coming to buy.
We'll organize and everything but for small reasons like this you loose clients
I went to homedepot better.
