  Pésimo servicio de delivery. Mi tío realizó la compra y la experiencia fue totalmente negativa. Nos dejaron esperando y, literalmente, el piso fue nuestra cama esa noche. Ellos dieron su palabra de que todo estaría entregado ese mismo día y no cumplieron. La falta de seriedad y compromiso es inaceptable. Estamos muy enojados y profundamente decepcionados con este servicio.

  I do not recommend this company at all. My nephew made a purchase, and the experience was very disappointing. The service did not meet expectations, and as a result, our entire family is very upset. When a business fails to follow through on what was promised, it creates frustration and distrust. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and we would not consider using or recommending this service again.

  Si pudiera darle cero estrellas, quitaría la única que por obligación puse. Pésimo servicio de Delivery... no recomiendo para nada esta tienda. Tuvimos que dormir en el piso esperando y nunca llegaron. No tienen palabra. Y no cancelo la compra porque estamos contra reloj pero estuve a punto de recoger el dinero para atrás. ============================== If I could give zero stars, I would remove the only one I was forced to give. Terrible delivery service. I do not recommend this store at all. We had to sleep on the floor waiting, and they never showed up. They do not keep their word. I didn’t cancel the purchase because we are against the clock, but I was very close to asking for a refund.

  First of all I paid $200 for my delivery and even though it wasn't for free they never showed up with my stuff as they promised. The owner, manager or whoever told me at 7:30pm that one guy was going to deliver all my furniture at 9:30pm-10pm has 0 professionalism and 0 truthfulness because it's 12:38am (midnight) and nobody has showed up, I HAVEN'T received any call from nobody that works for Furniture2go and right now I'm sitting on the floor instead of sleeping on my new bed, I'm so exhausted!!! I will ask for a refund and they can keep their stuff.
