Customer service was wonderful however until they find a solution if any to this problem I wouldn’t recommend storing your belongings here. Head manager words to explain this was “this is Florida, it’s hot, ever changing climates so where there’s that, there’s rats it’s common sense” do with this information what you will.

The rat problem that this facility is facing is their downfall, a few members of our team found two live rats within the unit and endless rat droppings throughout every item. Store your stuff here at your own risk.
