  I can't say enough about James and the folks at Aquatech Pools, they've been amazing so far! We recently had a pool built with another contractor, and unfortunately many things were done wrong or simply not finished at all! James and his team from Aquatech have gone absolutely above and beyond to help us tighten everything up and get our pool dialed in! The level of customer service that he's provided has been remarkable and something you rarely see these days, I'm so thankful they continue to be a steady sounding board as we work through the final quirks! Whether you're in the market to have a new pool built, an old one refurbished, or one maintained, do yourself a favor and call these guys...I wish we would have when we started our project!

  When our pool was installed, we were happy with the results but we did feel like we were swimming up stream to get there. First of all it cost us another $7000 to repair the damage that they had created on our property. Then it only took three months for the substandard workmanship to rear it's head. Our railings started to rust and we spent a year trying to get them to address the issue. Once the warranty expired, they decided to show up and of course they wouldn't honor thier faulty materials. Now we have exposed metal showing through the gunite lining and of course rusting. Also 80% of the pavers are sinking. Some areas are up to an inch creating some serious toe stubbers. We been reaching out for 2 years now with no replies. On top of all of this, we find out that we are not alone with these and other problems. Stay away, it's beyond bad. Apparently Aguatech's reply to my review was that there is two sides to an issue. I live at 39 Inlets Blvd in Nokomis and anyone is welcome to come see the horrible substandard workmanship for themselves!

  We had an amazing experience with Aquatech. Our project started in early November and finished in early March. The workers were there daily and very hard-working and courteous. We had no hiccups and would highly praise Dan the supervisor for his careful oversight and generous knowledge. Our pool Extended lanai and spa are gorgeous and the centerpiece of our home.

  Aquatech - Five-star review (Deserving of a sixth star) Trust and respect are earned, not bestowed. Aquatech and all its members earned both! They treated me like a family member! If you are seeking a company to construct your pool, look no further. Building a pool is a significant investment, and Aquatech Pools takes it very seriously. My husband and I had never owned a pool! We were unsure where to begin. I interviewed one pool company, but I was not impressed. The second pool company I interviewed was Aquatech Pool Company. I knew I did not have to continue my search for the right company for our project. Aquatech was the right company for us to build our dream backyard in our new home. Our first point of contact was Mark Lee. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness. His charming accent and wit were also evident. Mark guided us through the entire process, assuring us that we had nothing to worry about. We were in great hands with him. Colton is a true genius. His exceptional combination of knowledge, craftsmanship, innovative design, and unwavering dedication to his craft is truly remarkable. Colton’s attention to detail throughout the build was incredible. His passion for his family-owned company was evident from the very beginning. On the first day we had to break ground, Colton was already out in the yard on a tractor! It was a joy to watch him in action! I even took videos of him in the rain! Nothing would stop him until the lightning struck! His work ethic is unmatched. Dan Clement, the Project Manager, is a remarkable individual who goes far beyond his title. From the moment we embarked on this journey, he has been exceptional. I find myself at a loss for words to describe him, but I will try my best. Dan Clement is a multifaceted professional with exceptional expertise in various fields. His meticulous project management, characterized by precision and efficiency, showcased his remarkable abilities. His comprehensive knowledge, coupled with his impeccable demeanor and effective team leadership, garnered widespread respect from all stakeholders. Dan’s unwavering dedication was evident throughout the project. He consistently assured me of the project’s progress and promptly addressed any inquiries or concerns I may have had. His meticulous attention to detail ensured that perfection was achieved in every aspect. While his sense of humor may require refinement (just kidding) Dan’s genuine and infectious humor created a positive and collaborative environment. Dan’s commitment extended beyond the project’s completion. He diligently ensured timely delivery and provided valuable ideas to enhance my dream backyard, including the installation of a 5-foot knee wall for the outdoor kitchen I envisioned. Dan’s expertise extended to hurricane shutter installation, where he ensured the inclusion of electricians and plumbers to guarantee proper installation. In essence, Dan Clement is an individual I admire and will cherish the memory of this experience. It was a pleasure to meet him and have the honor of working with him. His exceptional skills and unwavering dedication make him a true gem in the industry. I will never forget Dan!

  I had a job done by Aquatech that probably no other contractor would have even touched - removing a sunken, concrete-encased hot tub. Aquatech was extremely quick to get me on the schedule, and showed up exactly when they said they would. James even came by with the screen guy on a Friday afternoon to take another look at the job before beginning, as it had been a bit since the job was originally quoted. It was ARDUOUS work, but the 4 man crew worked hard, non-stop for days to get the old tub and it's surrounds out. I got a call the afternoon the first crew was done that the screen team would be back out the nexxt business day to get my screen back and the paver team would be out as well. Again they showed up as promised and got it done with great efficiency. It looks AWESOME! James was outstanding with communication AND follow through. Class A job! Highly recommend
