    Terrible experience. I purchased a dishwasher in Sept , paid installation together with the dishwasher for $644.90. Dishwasher leaked so I call Loews and was told by somebody in the installation dept that they would pick out a dishwasher around the same price and I wouldn't have to pay for installation since I already did less than a month ago. He said we'd make it an even swap and that's what we did. My next two billing statements showed the $644.90 paid and no balance due. The same installer who installed the first dishwasher came to my house with the new dishwasher in November. He wasn't happy because his work order was to install with no pay. I thought this was ridiculous and that the store was picking up the installation. He actually went back a month later and demanded to be paid for the free installation. They did pay him but low and behold ,my December bills showed a two hundred and something dollar new charge. I fought this for four months. Sent two certified letters to assistant manager Chris Mantell who said he would call the installation dept that very night and call me in the morning. Never did. Dodged every call I made to him. This charge was obviously a second installation fee since Lowe's couldn't cheat the installer they tried to cheat the customer instead. Everybody denying that this was an installation charge but nobody could tell me what it was for then. Finally Jim, the store manager takes care of it in one day and I was reimbursed at the store in CASH! They weren't about to leave any kind of paper trail. Even took back the envelope they had me sign. I'm still writing to the Consumer Protection Agency and Synchrony bank is at the top of the list. And I'm going to send in all my documentation and name names. Inconceivable that a store would try to screw their contractor and then the customer. Please shop at Home Depot. I have heard so much about Lowe's underhanded policies I'm surprised there isn't an investigation going on. Of course maybe there is .

    I bought a new dishwasher online and had it installed October 30, 2025. Twice it leaked all over my kitchen floor so I called the store to get it replaced. The installation dept told me that the old and new dishwasher would be considered an even swap and I wouldn't have to pay for a second install. The charged amount for the even swap reflected in two billing cycles until the same installer that installed the first one was sent out here to install the second one for free. He did because he was afraid of losing his job, but went back a week later and demanded to be paid for his services. He was, however, the next billing statement showed a $237 balance due on my account, obviously from passing the second installation on to me. No one from Synchrony bank to the installation dept to Chris Mattel, the assistant manager will admit that this is an installation fee. No one will give me a breakdown of what this charge is supposedly for either. I spoke with Chris and he promised to call the installation dept and straighten this out , but he never called them and now he "has just left" every time I call the store. I finally sent him a registered letter letting him know that if that $237 charge is not taken off my bill the next step is a letter to the Consumer Protection Agency. I can't believe Lowe's first tried to cheat the installer, failed at that, and now they are trying to cheat a customer. They could eat that second installation and save some credibility. As it is, Lowe's reputation is horrible . Most people I know would much rather shop at Home Depot.

    Went shopping for a brand new refrigerator the sales associate that helped Ron was amazing helping find the perfect fit with the dimensions for the space I had available I had to s of questions he patiently answered all of them he made the experience pleasant our fridge will be delivered tomorrow and I'm looking forward too having it setup in our new home thxs for the help 🫶. *** UPDATE*** Edismiguel and Camilo delivered my new fridge called ahead and let me know before they arrived they setup everything even installed my new tee for me they were both very easy getting it into the house/kitchen no nics to the walls easy on the flooring very professional efficient and friendly super excited for this purchase all around Lowe's made this a very exciting purchase
