  A+++ experience at this store. Sonya, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. She set us up with their free in-home design service so we could decide what looked best in our space. Kirsten, the designer, showed up to our house on time and brought fabric samples and took pictures and measurements. A few days later, we met with Sonya and Kirsten in the store to review their recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to bring our very active 4 year old to the meeting so I thought I would be too distracted to make decisions. In steps Natalie, another salesperson at this location, to save the day. She kept our daughter entertained for two hours while we made all the necessary choices. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive and we’re sure it will look great in our home because we’ve already seen how it all goes together on Kirsten’s virtual set-up. Now my daughter keeps asking if we can go back to LaZBoy because she had such a great time with Natalie 😂. Obviously LaZBoy has quality furniture but it’s the people at this location that make it worth a trip in.

  Sonya was extremely helpful with finding me my perfect fit recliner. She is very knowledge and answered every question about the recliner that I had. Also gave me a great deal on the pricing.A really nice person to deal with, enjoyed the whole experience!! Thank you.

  If I could give them zero stars I would! I want to start this review with that in the 22 years I've been in Florida I have owned at least 5-6 other recliners & NEVER had any issues with them. NEVER! The difference you ask... I didn't buy them from LazyBoy! We purchased 2 recliners in September, the Vail manual rocking recliner & the Liam manual rocking recliner. When they were delivered I noticed how loud the internal reclining mechanisms were. When I say they're loud... they are LOUD! We live in an apartment & when I'm on the balcony, with the doors & windows closed, I can hear when they open, recline & close! I called the service department to schedule an appointment to have someone come look at them. Trying to schedule that appointment was a NIGHTMARE! From having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to them sending the repair guy to the wrong address which pushed our appointment out another 5 days! In trying to get the appointment scheduled & then trying to reach the service department again to let them know they had the wrong address (I got a text confirming my appointment with the wrong address) I had to keep leaving messages because they (Shannon & Louis) don't like to answer the phone or return calls. I ended up speaking to the owner/manager, Bryan Greiger, who jokingly said he knew how loud the mechanism was & that he's been joking about it for years. I can't say I find it funny. I told him we live in an apartment & I'm concerned about the people below us hearing every time we open & close the recliners. I can't remember his exact words but he said something like them not being great in an apartment without carpet. We don't have carpet!! He agreed to send his repair person out saying "you're not going to like what he has to say because there's nothing that can be done. They are loud" When I told him they weren't this loud in the store he said it's because the store is carpeted & the recliners are close to each other to reduce/absorb sound. Im sorry but that's very misleading!! The other issue is that my boyfriend's recliner came with a dent in the material, in the seat area, that's still there. As far as both recliners are concerned they are cheaply made, make VERY loud creaking noises all the time ~ they literally sound like they're going to fall apart. They're also VERY hard to open & close ~ I feel like I'm going to break the arm off. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH how hard it is to open & close both of them and that when closing them, the leg rests literally SLAM close with the loudest sound! I don't care what they say, that is NOT normal! Something to note before buying from them, they're not corporate owned so if there is an issue you won't have any recourse with a corporate office. Do yourself a favor & shop anywhere else because the quality is as crappy as their customer service!
